Stay away from using Intown's AnytimeMailbox service. They charge a monthly fee that keeps going up. After six months it went from $9/mo to $15/mo. They also charge you $1.50 per letter per month to store it! This is for storing a tiny piece of paper in a box that you ALREADY PAY FOR! Have they lost their minds? That means you can forget waiting a few months until you have 10+ pcs of mail (to make it economical) to forward together to your international address. This is just a scam to trick you into paying excess fees if you arent a vigilant mail checker. So sad as I once used to recommend this service but not anymore once finding out about this sleazy tactic. Dont invest in address changes etc just to be extorted by their ridiculous prices and price hikes. Hey ANYTIMEMAILBOX, heres an idea: Let people keep keep at least 10pcs of mail in their box before you start charging fees for doing absolutely no work!

Look at the past reviews, they are all fairly old. This location is under new ownership than when I had previously visited a couple years ago. I can see why this business has glowing reviews because I did like the previous owner, he seemed like a fair and good guy, someone you'd want to do business with. The two separate occasions I have met the new owner, he was not very helpful. I wanted to get along with him, I really did. The new owner tries to upcharge every pick-up with AnytimeMailbox and also is fairly rude. The one employee I met was helpful and friendly, but the owner has an attitude problem. I don't usually feel compelled to write reviews but the attitude of this owner is so lousy that I want to encourage people to look elsewhere for their needs.

I have called on Greg at Intown Business Center multiple times throughout this year. Every time he has worked to provide me with the greatest service and materials! He is extremely knowledgeable and is able to help you to make the best decisions for the printing of any presentation material and for your wallet! Their turnaround time on printing is perfect, and I cannot say enough about the personal touch they bring to all your office needs!
